Payment: $50 Deposit due upon reservations is required on some orders, balance is due cash upon delivery. This is to insure that your items are not rented to someone else!
Cancellations: Effective imediately upon reservations there are absolutely No Refunds.Reservations can be canceled; however, the deposit is not refundable. For safety reasons, Spring Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel in the event of inclement or adverse weather (rain or winds above 15 mph). Your rental will be rescheduled.
Rainy day policy: Full refund of deposit will be refunded to your credit card in the event of rain the day of rental. There are absolutely No Refunds or Credit once rental is delivered and or set up.
We have the right to cancel reservations at any time.
